This project was contracted by Dieu Donne paper mill. The work is by J. Fiber, which is a husband and wife who collaborate on works under a pseudonym which is the combination of their last names.

The piece is a 5 color handmade sheet of paper with stenciled paper pulp/pigment as a base sheet, and has two screenprinted layers as the runs. The process posed quite a technical challenge, as handmade paper is quite difficult to register. Even the most skilled papermakers must deal with shrinkage and sheet deformation, and the constraints of the project made for very slow going and a unique multiple project that I am quite proud to have been a part of.
