Screen Printing
We use screen printing to produce editions in direct collaboration with the artist. This can be done through traditional painted films, digitally produced inkjet films, or hybrid digital/analogue techniques. Prints made with this process can be very graphic, very painterly, and can even exhibit a classic look when employing halftone.

Letterpress & Relief Printing
Letterpress or relief printmaking involves two operations: Image making: The carving or creation of a plate or block, and Printing: The inking and image transfer. Here at Haven Press, we invite the artist to be a part of both operations, as it’s an integral part of the creative process. These methods are known for their subtle impression or indentation on paper.

Etching & Intaglio Printing
Intaglio is an Italian word, meaning "to carve", and was a known technique for armor making. This is one of the most creative and endlessly experimental printmaking processes available. We offer services in intaglio which move from a multi stage process of drawing and developing an image on a plate; to proofing the first trial impressions; pulling an acceptable, reproducible proof; and finally editioning the plate.
Pricing starts at $750 - $1,000*
Monotype Printing
Monotype is known as "the painter's print"; often misunderstood, this medium can be explained in so many ways because it involves so many different practices. In a nutshell, a monotype involves the selective rolling, smudging, painting or transferring of ink to a plate or matrix of some kind; then the transfer from this matrix to paper. It’s that simple.
Pricing starts at $1,000 for 1/2 day, or $1,600 full day*
